Returning an item


We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition.

If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, please contact Easons customer service before returning your items.

If you would like to return unwanted goods, you can schedule a collection or drop your items off at your local post office here at

DROP-OFF: You can download and print your Return Label and find your local Drop-Off location here at Drop off will be charged at €4.95 (up to 20kg)
COLLECTION: To arrange a collection, complete your returns details here at Collection will be charged at €6.00 (up to 20kg)

Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we’ll credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer unless we were at fault.

To Return Your Order for Free by visiting SELECTED Stores:
Simply take your returned books and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into your local store within 28 days of dispatch. The staff there will look after the returned items and our online team will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order.

Please note, the books must be received in a saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened etc.) within 28 days of dispatch. A copy of the order confirmation email/invoice received with the order must be included so we can identify the return as yours when it is processed.
