Please note: the following Return/Faulty device process is for Kobo eReaders and Tablets only. For enquiries regarding any other eReader purchased through Eason, such as Sony or iRiver eReaders, please visit the store you purchased the eReader from, or contact our help desk at support@easons.com

Returns Policy

If you have purchased a Kobo eReader or Tablet from Eason within the past 28 days, and wish to exchange the product, please return the product in its original, resellable packaging, plus proof of purchase, to the store you purchased it from.

Faulty Devices

If you have having trouble with your Kobo eReader or Tablet, please first see our eReader and Tablet help page to see if there is a suitable solution for your device.

The Kobo customer care representative will offer assistance in getting your eReader or Tablet working. If the device is deemed to be faulty, Kobo will provide you with an RMA number (Authorisation ticket/email). Once you have this number, you can return the device to us via either of the methods below:

Return in-store

Bring the device, original packaging (if possible), proof of purchase and printed Kobo RMA number (authorisation ticket/email) to any of the stores below:

The store will then facilitate an exchange for the device on the spot*

Return by post

Please post the device, original packaging (if possible), proof of purchase and printed Kobo RMA number (authorisation ticket/email) to the following address:
