Kobo eReader and Tablet Assistance and Troubleshooting
If you are have having problems with your Kobo eReader or tablet, please follow these simple steps to try and rectify the problem:
- Make sure the device is fully charged – this can take up to 4 hours.
- Complete a basic reset – Take a straightened paperclip and poke it into the hole at the back of your device until you feel it click. Remove the paperclip and try switching your device on again. Please note: this does not apply to tablets.
- Turn your device off and then on again.

Kobo App Assistance and Troubleshooting
If your Kobo app is not working correctly, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the App. If this does not fix the issue, Kobo has extensive online help and support at their help centre.
