Back to School Price Match Promise

The Eason price match promise applies only to stationery products referenced with “Price Match Promise” on Eason advertised materials, radio commercials or on easons.com

If having purchased any of the 41 Eason listed Price Match Promise products in an Eason store or online on School Supplies & Stationery, and subsequently observed or purchased that product cheaper in a competitor’s ROI store or ROI website, we will match that price and refund the difference subject to the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

• You must present your Eason proof of purchase of the item in question within 7 days of purchase
• You must provide printed proof of the competitor’s price which we must be able to verify
• The product in question offered by the competitor must be new and identical in brand, size and weight and pack
• The product must be in-stock and available for sale in store or on-line in Eason and with the competitor
• The product must be offered on the same terms and exclude any other offer or discount including multi-buys (3 for the Price of 2 etc.), tokens, voucher codes or loyalty or affiliate programme discounts or a stock clearance promotion

How to claim:

• Eason in-store purchase – please go to an in-store customer service desk or tills and one of our Store Managers or Supervisors will be happy to help

On-line purchase – please e-mail our customer service team at pricepromise@easons.com with with your order number and the competitor’s comparative price details
