For Christmas delivery, you can order online up to 6pm on Tuesday 20th December for Christmas delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of orders placed after this date but will continue to dispatch orders from our warehouse. Please note that our service partner will be operating a reduced service over the holidays and normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd January 2022. How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery is charged at €4.00 on easonschoolbooks.com to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Express delivery service* is charged at €8.00 on easonschoolbooks.com and is available to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only.
* Orders placed before 6pm, Monday to Friday, will be delivered on the next day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
You can now also collect your order from participating Eason stores at no extra charge. Simply select Click & Collect At Your Local Store as your Shipping Method at checkout, and your order will be available for collection within an estimated 1-3 business days. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 6pm are dispatched on the same day. Standard delivery with An Post parcel delivery service takes 1-3 working days.
Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered next working day, Monday-Friday, via our express delivery service with UPS. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a ‘Dispatch Notification’ email. This will contain a unique code allowing you to track your order(s) from An Post (Standard Delivery) or UPS (Express Delivery).
Orders delivered to you may require a signature. Please note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Click & Collect orders and orders placed in selected stores will be contacted by the relevant store when the order is ready for collection.
I only received part of my order. What happened? When will I receive the remainder of my order?
While we endeavour to deliver all items in your order together, we will occasionally ship part of your order separately should an item become unavailable. For example, if you order three items and one of them is out of stock, we may dispatch the two in-stock items while we await new stock of the third item. On these occasions, we will continue to update you via email as your order progresses.
