Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Easonschoolbooks.com order or would like to return some or all of your items, we accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch, or by 18th of September, provided the goods are still in marketable condition.

We will credit your account with the full total of returned items – postage will only be refunded if Easonschoolbooks.com was at fault.

Your refund will be processed within three to five working days after receipt of your returns, provided the above criteria have been met.

How to Return Items

To Return Your Order without visiting a Store:

Our Customer Service Representatives will then create a record of your contact and send you the necessary documentation to include with your returned items. This will allow us to efficiently track your items and ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

To Return Your Order for Free by visiting a Store:

Simply take your returned books and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into your local store within 28 days of receiving your order. The staff there will look after the returned items and our online team will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order which you will receive within 3-5 business days.

Please note, the books must be received in saleable condition (no tears or writing etc.) within 28 days of receiving the order. A copy of the order confirmation email / invoice received with the order must be included so we can identify the return as yours when it is processed. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
